The Arvanza Wrap Flour Blend is the perfect premix for your gluten free tortilla or burrito bread. Produced from new, innovative starches, flour and gums, this blend is gluten free. Traditionally wraps are basically unleavened bread, which is bread made without yeast so resulting in a flat and circular bread. These thin soft wraps are then rolled around various fillings to provide a beautiful, hand held culinary dish! This Arvanza blend produces an end product that has a beautiful texture that is very soft and pliable, and has a light colour finish. It is hard to believe it is is gluten free!
