Our Egg Replacer for Mayonnaise is a perfect blend produced from modified tapioca starches specially developed as an instant thickener and to improve stability, and is able to completely replace Egg Yolk in your recipe.  It provides excellent emulsion functionality, and is both vegan and gluten free. This product provides excellent results and greatly reduces cost in conventional recipes by completely replacing Egg Yolk Powder.
