Our Low Carb Bread Flour Blend is the perfect premix for bread that is low in carbohydrates. Produced with a unique blend of specialised flours etc, our low carb bread has good colour, excellent texture and a great taste. We also offer a version of this blend that includes linseeds and sunflower seeds to further enhance texture and flavour.
