An all in one blend containing core ingredients for producing an ideal gluten free bread which closely mimics traditional wheat-based bread. The inclusion of Psyllium in this recipe results in a moist loaf which has an extended shelf life. Other ingredients such as Gum blends help produce a softer, beautiful tasting loaf.
