This is an excellent blend of functional, specialist modified tapioca, rice and gum ingredients that provides the foundation for any Gluten Free Bread formulation, and is a simplified way bakeries can formulate a recipe without having to understand the balance of flours and starches required to achieve this. Using the very latest, cutting-edge technology, it produces excellent volume, softness, and the same results time after time, and greatly reduces the need of psyllium husk powder. This blend is a superb base blend for gluten free breads and it’s recommended dosage in formulation is at 70%-85% of the total flour content.

Results are even better when combined with the Arvanza Hydrocolloid Blend (HPMC reducer) and Arvanza Egg Replacer Blend!
