Product Description

This Tapioca Modified Starch E1422 (acetylated distarch adipate) is a chemically modified and stabilized food starch crosslinked with adipic anhydride and esterified with acetic anhydride. Its transparency helps to keep the natural colour of sauces. It is also a Gluten Free product.
